PROCESS SERVICES (LOCAL)
MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS AT SERVICE
PROCESS SERVICE (BEYOND 15 MILES)

Process service requiring travel in excess of 15 miles is $75.00 (the regular process service rate), plus $1.25 per mile (in excess of the first 15 miles).  Secondary attempts at service are each $45.00 plus $.75 per mile (in excess of the first 15 miles).

Each attempt beyond the third is an additional flat rate of $45.00.  However, any attempt at service beyond the third attempt will be at the client's request, or no additional fee will be charged.

Regular process service is a flat rate of $75.00 (within 15 miles).

Same day service is an additional $35.00.

COURIER SERVICE

Each courier service is a flat rate of $25.00 plus $1.25 per mile.

Our notary services are complimentary to our clients, free of charge.

NOTARY SERVICE
OUR EXECUTION GUARANTY

If we do not complete service, there will be no charge for ANY of our service attempts.
